Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call and notification when your order has been dispatched. In the event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, your order may be delayed until we contact you to confirm further instructions.
All orders are subject to confirmation based on the order information provided. Please ensure that you provide the correct address, including city, province and postal code to avoid any errors or delays in delivery. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change your delivery address.
Order Status
On-time delivery is subject to the carrier's Terms of Use. Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause delays in delivery.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@oniiz.com with your name and phone number so we can check the status of your order.
The consignee will be responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by the recipient's country as well as shipping related fees. These fees can vary significantly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Oniiz. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will always be there to help you.
Returns
In case your order is damaged, please contact us immediately via email contact@oniiz.com with your order number and proof of the damage. Proof can be in the form of photos and/or videos of the condition of the product.
We will conduct an inspection and make appropriate compensation.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the proof of damage. We will then let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Product Exchange
If the product you received is defective or damaged, please email us at contact@oniiz.com to request an exchange, including your name, phone number, and shipping address. You can only exchange the same product for the defective product if it is available at the time of request. If the product is not available, our representative will notify you and provide other alternatives.
All refund and exchange requests must be submitted to and received by our team within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the goods (delivery confirmation). Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
